Completely renovated in 2022, Oleandro is our largest apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking space and comfort.
Outside, you will find a beautiful 55 sqm terrace, surrounded by bougainvillea and laurel greenery, featuring a sea-view gazebo, table with chairs, sun lounger, barbecue, wood-fired oven, and built-in benches: the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts or convivial dinners at sunset.
Inside, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen welcomes you, complete with cookware and everything you need to cook independently. The living area offers a two-seater sofa, a 32” TV, and carefully curated details such as paintings and prints inspired by the landscapes of Capoliveri.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which includes an extra bed. Each room is air-conditioned and fitted with window mosquito nets.
The modern bathroom features a shower cabin, sink with a large countertop, storage cabinet, bidet, and toilet. The apartment is equipped with private Wi-Fi with a dedicated access point, ensuring a stable connection both indoors and outdoors.
